Distribution panels SCHO (SCHO-70, SCHO-90)
Distribution panels are designed to complete distribution devices (boards) with a voltage of 380/220V AC, 50 Hz with a dead-earthed neutral, which are used to receive and distribute electrical energy, protect against overloads and short circuit currents.
The panels are intended for installation in electrical rooms.
The panels are a welded structure made of bent profiles with switching and protective devices and electrical measuring instruments installed in it. Schemes, types of devices, overall dimensions and designs of panels provide for the possibility of completing switchgears for transformer substations or stand-alone panels from them. Boards made of panels can be installed either leaning against the wall (one-sided maintenance) or free-standing with two-sided maintenance, the sides of the boards are closed with end panels.
The panels are installed on embedded structures and are adjusted according to the level and plumb. The deviation from the vertical should not exceed 50. The panel is fixed to the embedded structures by welding in the four corners of the lower chord of each panel. Fastening can also be carried out with the help of bolts through the holes made in the bottom belt of the panel. Panels or panels sections are connected to each other by connecting the front and rear racks with fasteners. When mounting several sections of the shield between themselves, the connection of the busbars and the neutral bus is made by butt welding or using overlays. The panels provide both cable and busbar entries. Busbar bridges are used to connect busbar systems of panel sections with a two-row arrangement of a 0.4 kV shield.
