Production of mobile electrical laboratories (ETL), including the development, filling with equipment and installation of equipment in a vehicle.

ETL mobile electrical laboratories are designed for testing and diagnostics of cable lines and substation equipment. ETL autolaboratories are based on the chassis of various vehicles: All autolaboratories undergo metrological certification at the Center for Standardization and Metrology, as a result of which a metrological certificate of the established sample is issued. The ETL laboratory allows you to detect defects on a cable line with a voltage of 6 to 10 kV.

The complete set of the ETL-10 electrical laboratory is determined by agreement with the Customer. The ETL laboratory is mounted in a car van, where a high-voltage compartment and an operator compartment are equipped, separated by a transparent partition. The high-voltage compartment contains the high-voltage terminals of the installation, a burning transformer, a test transformer, and cable drums. Cables exit from the laboratory through a specially equipped hatch. Connection of cables to the burning installation is carried out by means of a three-core high-voltage cable equipped with special clamps.

The use of a 4 mm² I/O cable makes it possible to burn the cable without additional switching by the built-in afterburner. The laboratory is powered by a flexible two-core cable from a single-phase network of 220 V, 50 Hz. If necessary, an autonomous electric generator with a power of up to 7 kW can be supplied as part of the laboratory. Electrotechnical laboratory ETL-10 is equipped with two ground drums with copper flexible conductors with a cross section of 10 mm² with special clamps. If necessary, a separate exit is made from the high-voltage compartment through a special insulator for the test conductor. The doors of the high voltage compartment are equipped with a lock that prevents entry into the compartment when the high voltage is switched on. The operator’s compartment houses the control panel for the burning unit, the test unit control unit, a table with a bedside table for storing instruments and accessories, and an operator’s chair. A seat is provided to carry at least two people. The operator’s compartment has sockets for connecting various devices.

Heating of the operator’s compartment is provided with an electric heater from the 220 V network. The operator has the ability to control the power on of the laboratory, the connection of various cable cores to any stages of the burning installation or to the shock pulse generator using a high-voltage switch, as well as control the burning process and control it using instruments from the operator’s compartment . Using the terminals located on the panel, other devices can be connected to the cable to measure the parameters of the cable or apply special signals to it.
