The perforated trays

The perforated cable tray is used for laying cable lines inside the premises at technical and industrial facilities. Features of the tray will allow you to use it for power lines, as well as communication cables or their combined placement in accordance with the project and tasks.

The tray is made of sheet stainless steel with the use of surface perforation, the shape is provided by profiling the edges to obtain sides of the required height. The perforated tray is distinguished by its simple design and affordable price, thanks to the production using stamping technology. Holes during perforation can be round, rectangular or of another shape, according to the load parameters of the shelf width and the height of the sides.

Installation is carried out on the wall or on the ceiling, combined technology is also used in areas with a complex layout of the object. The kit comes with shaped elements and parts that must be used in areas where there is a turn or there is a difference in docking height.

It is recommended to use perforated trays to improve the quality of installation and reduce the risk of negative impact on the cable line during its operation. Constructions have the following set of important advantages during operation:

Line maintenance is also simplified thanks to easier access to the cable channel. Maintenance, repairs, laying of new lines are carried out much faster.

Perforated trays are universal in design and typical purpose. Their use is allowed at industrial and technical facilities where there is a need to lay a large volume of power and communication cable lines to meet the facility’s engineering needs.

Trays are used for external laying of lines. The use of stainless steel allows them to be used in rooms with a high level of humidity and other non-standard operating conditions.
